This PC (My Computer): This is the “Root Directory” of your system. It displays all internal disk partitions (C: drive, D: drive), as well as any connected external devices (USB drives, external hard drives).
Quick Access shows your frequent and recent locations, while This PC lists all drives and primary folders on the computer.
